We are SO excited to announce the return of Creator Economy Live East which will be taking place July 29th, 2026 at Marriott Marquis, Times Square, New York. We have a one-of-a-kind agenda planned filled with content crafted especially for Brands and we can’t wait to welcome you!

We work hard to maximize the experience for Brands at our event! To register for your FREE Brand Pass, our application will launch in early 2026. You’ll be prompted to answer several questions about your brand, your role, your verticals, and your objectives for Creator Economy Live.

*Please note our team reviews all issued Brand Passes. If your company and/or product is not verified, your pass will be cancelled.

We don’t blame you for wanting to get the MOST out of Creator Economy Live To get you upgraded to VIP all you have to do is 

• Login to your Registration and select the ticket type you'd like to upgrade to - if you are having difficulty, email support@creatoreconomylive.com your upgrade request and we'll get your login link sent your way in no time!

While you can register someone with a placeholder name, each registration needs a unique email address. Don’t worry though, you can always update your information in the app or at the registration area.

The short answer is yes! We know everything is more fun with a group, and Creator Economy Live is no exception. Your group discount will automatically be applied when registering groups of colleagues, BUT we have additional group discounts starting at parties of 5 people or more. Just reach out to support@creatoreconomylive.com and we’ll have y'all networking in no time.

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you just need to go deal with it. Should something pull you away from us, we are more than happy to transfer your registration to a coworker. Please note, however, that once your badge has been printed at the event, we cannot transfer it to someone else.

You must at least be 18 years old to attend the conference.

While we can’t help you through the whole process, we can provide you with a Visa invitation letter for you to attach to your application. Please email support@creatoreconomylive.com with your:

You will receive a confirmation email when you register for the show. That should have everything you need when your accounting department comes around with all those pesky questions. If you can’t find your receipt, email support@creatoreconomylive.com

You can find your invoices by logging into your account using your registration email. Having issues? Please email support@creatoreconomylive.com with your company name and billing address to receive an invoice for your purchase.

We know there’s nothing worse than leaving your ticket at home, but we’ve got you covered! Should you misplace your ticket, we can always look you up in the system on our end when you arrive at registration check-in. You can also let us know by sending us an email and we can resend it to you.

If you want to look for it in your email inbox the subject line of the confirmation email is: “Your ticket for Creator Economy Live West 2026!”.

You can make any adjustments to your registration when you check-in for the show.

Making an adjustment before the show starts? No problem! You can update your registration information via your registration portal, available on this site or through your confirmation email.

Can’t find your confirmation email. Reach out to us at support@creatoreconomylive.com with the changes you would like to make and we will be happy to sort this out for you as well as resending your confirmation email. 

Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation email (please double check your spam folder).

You can collect your badge at our registration desk at Ceasars Forum. In order to claim it, please bring your confirmation email along with a valid ID. The exact location for the registration is to be determined, and we will have more information on this closer to the event. 

You sure can! Head over to the registration desk and the Customer Success team will arrange a pass for you. Please note, this will be at a higher rate than if you purchased a ticket before the event.

We hate when we have to be tough, but this rule is very important to us. Should you misplace or forget your badge, we cannot reprint it for you. We don’t want anyone walking around the show pretending to be you! So once you have your badge, keep a close eye on it!

We accept the following card payments: Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Discover.

We have found this is usually down to the billing address not matching the card you are paying with. Could it be a different one? If not please email us at support@creatoreconomylive.com and we will troubleshoot further!

Please find below our refund policy:

• You can cancel your ticket and receive a full refund if you email us your request within 24 hours of booking. 
• Once your pass has been confirmed for Creator Economy Live East, your purchase is non-refundable. We can, however, transfer your pass to a colleague or a future show!

Please contact us at support@creatoreconomylive.com if you are unable to attend Creator Economy Live East and we will be happy to find the best option for you. You can check out our full Terms & Conditions here.

As per our force majeure clause, if we have to postpone the event to another date in the year, we will automatically transfer all tickets to the new show dates. If the new dates don’t work for you, please contact support@creatoreconomylive.com to learn more about your options.

If your visa is denied, please submit written, dated evidence of the denial to support@creatoreconomylive.com within one week from the rejection and before December 26, 2026 and we will be able to offer a full refund  and we will be happy to provide a full refund! If you are unable to provide the needed documentation by the deadline, you will be given to either transfer your pass to a future Creator Economy Live or transfer to a colleague.

It has taken months to create the perfect agenda for Creator Economy Live East and we are excited to share it with you. We are currently working on the full agenda and will have it available to you as soon as possible. Keep checking our website for all agenda updates which will be posted on our website.

The opening keynote will start at 9:00am to kick-start Creator Economy Live East on July 29th! The event will conclude at 6:00pm and we'll have the Official Party the night of the 29th at 8:00pm.

Early badge collection is Tuesday, July 28th from 12pm-6pm. You can collect your badge at our registration desk at Marriott Marquis on the 3rd floor (don't worry, there will be plenty of directional signage and friendly staff to guide you there!)

Registration opens on Wednesday, July 29th at 7am and will remain open until 6:00pm.

ALL ttcket holders have admission to every session we have to offer. You’re here to learn, so we made sure everything was at your fingertips. The only trouble you’ll run into is choosing which one!

All mainstage sessions are recorded and recordings will be available for purchase closer to the kick-off of Creator Economy Live East. Remember—if you’re a VIP Recordings are included! Please keep in mind that all Recordings + Notes will available approximately 4 weeks after the event commences.

No, Recordings are an add-on purchase for anyone who's not a VIP or Partnership Pass holder, separate from your pass. If you would like to add recordings you can do that when buying your ticket. If you’ve already got your ticket and want to add on recordings just email support@creatoreconomylive.com and our customer support team can help you!

Creator Economy Live East hosts people from so many different companies that do so many different things! That’s why we have a search filter on our agenda for different topics, to help narrow down specific sessions. Are you a Brand? How about a Creator? We’ve got a session for you and so much more! Just head to our agenda, click the filter button, and select Topic Track to see the different content filters.

You will be able to access the official Creator Economy Live East 2025 app with the email address you used to complete your registration.

The event app will be released 4 weeks before the event and all registered attendees will receive an invitation to join as well as communications on how to best utilize the platform. 

The new attendee will receive access to the app via email after their pass has been transferred! 

The event app will be released 4 weeks before the event and available for 4 additional weeks once the event has concluded so there’s plenty of time to network even after Creator Economy Live West ends! 

Of course! Our VIPs will have exclusive access to our VIP Lounge to network with other VIPs. 

One of the best things about being a part of Creator Economy Live East is the incredible perk of joining the Creator Economy Live community in our event app. This app is open only to registered attendees!  

Your fellow attendees will be able to see a quick snapshot of what makes you tick – including your full name and company, as well as additional details you’d like to share, from social accounts to headshots, or even just bio that you may choose to provide later.  

Don’t worry, your email address will never be visible so you decide who you want to network with! 

If you prefer to handle things in person, that’s okay too! You can opt-out of the platform at any time, keeping your profile hidden. To do so, open the app, and update your profile settings. You can also opt-out by emailing us at support@creatoreconomylive.com

We've secured the lowest rates possible at The Marriott Marquis, Times Square that you can book directly here. Our exclusive discount will help you save up to $500 PER NIGHT, so don't delay and book before July 9th.

Please be aware that there are companies contacting Creator Economy Live attendees claiming to represent Creator Economy Live and offering various services related to the event. Please email any third party emails to us at support@creatoreconomylive.com to pass onto our legal team.

You'll be able to edit your reservation directly through the booking link until 2 weeks prior to the show, at which point you'll need to make any changes through the hotel itself.

Lunch is provided for all attendees! If you're a VIP, you'll also get a selection of hot and cold snacks in the VIP Lounge.

We do not have a coat or baggage room on-site! If you are staying in a hotel, you are welcome to take advantage of any of the amenities they have available!

You should wear what makes you comfortable! Want to show off your favorite t-shirt? That’s fine! Want to aim for the more business casual fare? We like that too! If we had any advice to pass on, we would recommend that you include some comfy shoes in your suitcase. Networking means spending a lot of time on your feet, so why not some footwear that is easy to walk in while you count those steps!

Should anything turn up lost, we are happy to hold it for you. Just ask a staff member at registration or at the info booth.

Yes! Marriott Marquis is ADA compliant. In accordance with the ADA, the Marriott Marquis boasts permanent premises access accommodations, such as wheelchair lifts, elevator standards, door width standards, and restroom accessibility.

Should you receive correspondence from someone claiming to offer an attendee list, please do not engage with them in any way and report them to support@creatoreconomylive.com.

Your privacy is very important to us, so we will never disclose our attendee list to anyone outside the event. The only way to see who is at the show is through the attendee app!
